since the other site was dead and i have gotten zero response from it and i see alot of posting on this site from the "other" site, i figured why not me too. please help me!!!!!!!

1st post
ok heres what i got from my wife, pulled into the driveway and it stalled. started right back up, enough to make it the rest of the way up the driveway. and now wont start.
my thinking is the restart up used what fuel pressure that make have been left up. anyway, as far as trouble shooting, YES, the security light has been intermitent for about 2 weeks now. never had a problem starting before. has a dei alarm w/ remote start all fuses are good also swapped out relays, no power to the fuel pump relay. no trouble codes(had to replace the lighter fuse to get that to work, wierd but yes very true) tried cleaning out the lock cylinder with what i had available, medium reducer, no luck there, already disconnected the battery for a 1/2 hr, left key forward for 15 minutes. added 5 gallons of gas to shut her up, telling me 1/4 tank is empty to her, dome lights work with door open, eliminating the bcm right? um..... i think thats about it. HELP!!!! what am i missing?

2nd post
must also add when loking doors with remote and no keys in it security light stays on solid and unlocked w/ no keys in it security flashes. dunno

3rd post
laptop sitting on the airbox waiting for some sort of reply.......... took the lock cylinder out again and gave it a good cleaning to my surprise put it in and no security light w/ key forward. now just waiting my 10 minutes to try and give her a start. thanx for all the help out there. lol

4th post
ok, if anyone every reads this, heres what else is goin on. door closed locked or not no security light, door open unlocked light flashes, door open and locked light solid. i am really confused. sounds like the bcm but i hope not.

5th post
removed the remote start and hooked up the only wire i could see that wasnt part of the bypass system (skinny yellow) still no strat. hmmmm

what am i missing?

You can try the passlock relearn procedure and see if that's the problem:

1. Turn ON the ignition, with the engine OFF.
2. Attempt to start the engine, then release the key to ON (vehicle will not start).
3. Observe the SECURITY telltale, after approximately 10 minutes the telltale will turn OFF.
4. Turn OFF the ignition, and wait 5 seconds .
5. Repeat steps 1 through 4 two more times for a total of 3 cycles/30 minutes (the vehicle is now ready to relearn the Passlock Sensor Data Code and/or passwords on the next ignition switch transition from OFF to CRANK).
IMPORTANT: The vehicle learns the Passlock Sensor Data Code and/or password on the next ignition switch transition from OFF to CRANK. You must turn the ignition OFF before attempting to start the vehicle.
6. Start the engine. The vehicle has now learned the Passlock Sensor Data Code and/or password.

i did try that about 4 times and still nothing but the directions i followed told me to lock/ unlock the doors prior to turning key to start. also if it is starting to get dark and the headlights kick on will that effect the reset? if it still doesnt work could it be the bcm?

going out on a limb, i dropped the gas tank and put power right to the pump. gas was spraying everywhere. but on the plus side an hour of labor saved me $275 for a new pump and its not as hard as everyone seemed to make it out. just make sure you dont have any fuel in it. 1/2 tank= HEAVY!!!

any other ideas? still no power at relay and security light is gone.
