But when I talked to the service mgr through the blue tooth he said he had a hard time understanding me. He said the sound was choppy and garbled. Which is what I hear anytime I try and use the blue tooth. One thing I noticed was that the service writer is a lot taller than me so he's closer to the mic than I am. But that should not make any difference. Anyway they checked out everything, and did some kind of reset for it. They also checked the software level and it's up to date.
When I got it back they told me they did all they could and that it must be something with my speech pattern or the frequency of my voice. I was then told that maybe when a new software update comes out that it may fix the problem. I asked about replacing the mic and they told me that the one in there works just fine. When I use blue tooth in the wife's Nissan it works fine and I can be heard and understood. The Dodge I had before the Tahoe also had no issues being heard. This tells me that it's something with the vehicle.
So I still can not use the blue tooth. I don't know if another dealer would be any different or not but I may give that a try.
