Up for sale is a set of rims I bought used off another forum member about a year ago. These were on my wife's tahoe until I decided to buy her something new and start driving the tahoe myself. I changed the look with a set of gunmetal TBSS 22s instead of the 24" chrome so I need to sell these.
They have no curb rash at all. I bought them when they were only 4 months old with less than 5k miles on them. Since my wife literally only put another 5k miles on them. She drives nowhere and like a grandma. I had the tread depth measured out at 9/32+ on all 4 wheels which is more than 75% of tread remaining.
The wheels are Enkei Ikei 6 (6x5.5 Lug pattern with a 20mm offset), mounted on Hankook Ventus ST 295/35/24 tires(with 50,000 mile manufacturer tread warranty).
I am also including the TPMS sensors (for air pressure) and Gorilla Hubcentric rings and wheel lock system lug nuts in the sale. This package is good to go, everything is completely flawless with no blems or issues!
New this package runs $1800 for the wheels (online), $1300 for the hub rings and tires mounted/balanced at DiscountTire, and the TPMS sensors/Gorilla Wheel lock system ran $300 installed, so it all ran is worth $3400 under 10k miles ago.
The high quality wheels guarantee no chrome finish issues that are common with low quality brand wheels, and no tire issues with the Hankook tires which are among the best 24" tires one can get along with Yokohama and Nitto/Toyo.
Lastly the wheel lock system gives you 24 locking lugs which need the key socket for removal, keep in mind the key is the only one on earth, so only you can remove the wheels, nobody else. Plus you will get 6 times the protection on these wheels compared to normal locking lugs at one per wheel, instead of 6.
These will work on stock height trucks as well as dropped trucks. I had a 2/3 on the 08 Tahoe with zero rub.
I'm not in a cash crunch to sell but lowering price from 18 to $1700.
I'm open to reasonable offers but not interested in trades unless its for a big brake kit for an 08 Tahoe. I really would prefer local to Houston area b/c shipping these is gonna cost a chunk and be a pain in the ass.
