Question about LTZ Wood... Is it just me?

I purchased an entire LTZ wood grain kit from red02chevy and it looks like every piece is dull and has been sanded. It's not shiny like my Yukon wood. Is this the normal LTZ wood, or has it been sanded down? His thread never said anything about it being sanded, just said LTZ wood for sale so I don't want to say anything if this is just how the wood is suppose to look.

EDIT: So I just looked and even the silver trim around the A/C vents have been sanded down...

Mine were glossy. Until I jerked it all out and threw most of it into the dumpster out in the alley behind my house. :)

Especially in the 2nd and 3rd pic...you can see the scuffs--like from fine sandpaper ;)
