Here you go kiddos, what seems to be the first PnP led bulb with enough usable light to be a functional fog light and with enough heatsinking not to melt itself and everything around it. Available in 5202 amber or white: http://mtqinc.com/nokyausa/led_access/ledbulb/ledbulb.php
Not cheap apparently, a quick PN search came back with a site selling them for $130 a pair, also a few sets on ebay.
I haven't used them so not liable if they don't work as described, and I certainly wouldn't use them for critical lighting like low/high beam, but at least they should provide the best light those small fog housings allow for. Heat dissipation would still be a concern to me, but we won't know till someone tries it.

On a side note, these will also fit the Escalade DRL function.
However I'd strongly recommend against running those for hours on end in those expensive headlamp housings before we really know what impact that amount of heat has on surrounding material. Also Escalade DRLs are capped so they would lose much of their advantage as the led is forward facing.
