Hello thanks for taking a sec to look at my thread. I recently bought a 05 Yukon Denali and I noticed that when I turn on the heater it only blows cold air..then I noticed that on the passenger side blows nice and hot.. So the only place I get hot air is the passenger side.. I felt the two heater lines going into firewall and they are hot.. Trying to fix this myself what do I need to do.. Thanks a lot.

Sounds like a blend door actuator problem. You must have the dual climate controls so there might be a temp actuator for each side. Located under the dash somewhere. Sorry, I'm not too familiar with the dual climate control. When you change the drivers side temp, do you hear a clicking noise behind the dash?

Thanks a lot for taking the time man to help me out..so ya actually I do hear a little ticking sound. Kinda like a servo is stuck or slipping..is it hard to get to and would this be the only problem you think..

That ticking is probably a stripped gear in the actuator. That's why it's not changing temps. If it's an actuator below the dash, not too difficult to get to. If it's one behind the dash, might be a little more difficult. Locate where that noise is coming from and you have found the bad actuator. Mine is single climate control so it has, I think, 3 actuators. I'm pretty sure dual climate control has more and I'm not sure which one in your truck is bad. Hopefully someone with more knowledge will chime in. Check this out, it might help you-

I recently just fixed this. It's definitely the blend door actuator. It's located above your left foot passenger side. It's a little tricky to take a part but definitely doable. Make sure you take it off before you buy a new one so you can match the part number. Mine was $150 at autozone for an 05 Denali. Little pricey but you don't have much of a choice for the fix.

Here's the write up I followed.

Hope this helps. Let me know if you have questions.
