So it begins! Finally got squared away after the down payment- and first month....so I was able to spend a lil money on the truck.

1st was Tint- 20% on the front windows to match the rear...pics to come.

2nd was windshield. It had a pretty good crack on the Pass side.
New Glass-

Then there was the dreaded cracked dash...so I found a 'used' DashMat on Amazon for a whopping 25 bucks and took a chance. It looks brand new...threw it on the dash to let the sun beat on it. Hopefully it'll flatten out a bit more before I velcro it down.

That's where I am now. Ordered a Mafnaflow 12229 and the SLP res delete kit last night from Summit- should be at my house Tuesday...yay!

Not sure how adventurous you are but they do make dash replacements for them or grab one from a junk yard. Dash mat is just a temp fix, you'll end up hating it.

Thanks guys- the dash carpet is temp- I hope. i see the new dash part runs ~ 250. It'll get replaced I am sure.

Gonna be a slow but steady build. Plan to spend ~400-600/month getting it to where I want. Bigger ticket items will come during Tax return/Company bonus time.

The Plans going forward-

Exterior-
- Headlights - Mine are in bad shape. (done)
- Oracle Halo's for HL's and Fog's.
- LED Tail lights - Do AV's Use the same tails as tahoe/yukon/caddy? Would love Caddy LED's, if not they'll be aftermarket.
- Drop - Prolly do Tony's 4/6 to start with...prolly be bagged before it is over with
- Rims - 22 or 24 - Undeciided on style. (done - 24" Black Rhino Traverse)
- Grill - at some point
- Body color the Bowties
- Street Scene Bumper Cover style 2
- Color matched cladding (last thing I am really concerned with)

Interior-
- Dash repair - Dashpad is till I can replace dash
- WeatherTech mats front and rear

Performance-
- Muffler and res delete (done)
- MAYBE an Intake/Tune- but I am not trying to make it 'fast'. rather improve MPG's. (found it already had a K&N drop in)

Audio-
This is why I wanted an AV to begin with....BIG SUBS.lol
- H/U - Alpine or Pioneer (Done Pioneer AVH-5600)
- Amps - Crescendo C1100.4 and BC3500 (already have the amps)
- Wiring - Big 3 , 2 runs 1/0 everywhere (alread have the wiring)
- Batteries - 2 XS Power D3400's or equivalent(underhood)
- Alternator - Singer 320 or 370
- Subs - DSS(Direct Sound Solutions) Ethos 15's(2) (ordered)
- Box - 10 cubes net, tuned to 22hz
- Mids/Highs - Undetermined

Looks like you have a plan. Good luck. Tint that windshield while it's new.

I drive 4.5 hrs to and from work- at night. Plus the popo's are ****** around my home about tint. I was going to have the put a visor- but I sit high- and hate when the tint cuts your line of sight. So IF I do- i would do 50% the whole thing. Done this on 2 of my previous vehicles though- and got ticketed for both.

Muffler and SLP Res Delete installed! Sounds nice. not as loud as I expected...just a solid exhaust note when accelerating, and no louder than the wind noise at cruising speeds.

Pretty happy with it- considering it was just under 240 bucks all said and done.
