I found these parts the other day and installed them on my 2012 Tahoe LS 2wd. They were used on the 07 and 08 PPV and the parts are still available. The ducts mount in the fog light area of the front facia and the fogs must be deleted.

Install is simple, hold the front scoop up against the facia and trace the back edge. Use a Dremel to cut off the back of the fog canister. Using your original fender liner place the rear bracket against the contour line and trace the opening. Drill 2 holes with a hole saw, connect 2 with the dremel.

Use black rivets to install the front scoop and screws for the rear bracket.

the info I found indicated it was only on the 07 and 08 models, probably discontinued to save costs.

you could mount some aftermarket fogs in the tow hook holes however would have to delete tow hook.
