Yeah 35x12.5 is not the kind of thing you can make work with a budget lift

Like they are saying it will hard to do less than 6" lift and fit that setup.
And if you are wanting those 22s to be 12 or 14 wide you will need atleast 6" lift and trim.

I have lift keys cranked with Cognito UCAs and did the Norcal Fender mod (google it) and removed the lower front valance, and still barely fit 33s on 20x12s. If I punch it in reverse at full lock it rubs. My wheels are high offest -44. If you go lower offset it helps with clearance but then you don't get that awesome deep dish. I will grab some fender clearance pics at lunch.

But here is UCAs, keys and 33s on 20x12s -44 offset.

These are with the wheel turned so the tire would be as close as it can get.

This is with the norcal mod, and the fender behind the liner cut and beat back as far as it goes and with the parking brake cable relocated.

Here is my tahoe, it has 3" body lift, 2" torsion keys, shock extenders, and 1.5" spacers in the rear on factory escalade wheels with 2" wheel spacers on 35x12.50x17 mud grapplers!it rubbed my valance and It did rub my inner fender plastic rivets (broke them) when I was in a bind while turning but once I stuffed my inner fender behind the lip on my fender (in pic) no more rubbing unless I put it in a pretty big bind!
