Three of the 4 corners on our engine have a broken exhaust manifold bolt. I installed:
Exhaust Manifold bridge clamp, back driver side – APDTY brand # 028218 - amazon
and
Exhaust manifold bridge clamps, frt driver side & back pass – APDTY brand # 028253 - amazon
I removed all the spark plugs and oil pan drain plug, squirtted in a few ounces of the solvet in each SP hole. Then every 12 hrs or so put a socket on the crankshaft bolt a moved the crank back a forth a little, then replenish ea cylinder with solvent again.
After 48 hrs or so I put towels over...
07 Yukon Denali w/stock 6.2L L92 w/195k corrosion free miles. No DIC or CEL. It runs great.
BUT the fuel gauge is all over the place. And the pump is 17 yrs old. I'm dropping the tank and replacing???
It's my understanding the fuel level sending unit is part of the fuel pump module. Correct me...
The 07 6.2L Yukon Denali, and many other GM products of the era, came from the factory with a poorly designed pcv/valve cover on the driverside.
In 2014 GM finalized a Technical Servce Bulletin TSB 10-06-01-008M that addresses the valve cover/pvc and several other problems.
