    Some quick updates. Got the rest of the interior torn out this weekend. This stuff is disgusting. The previous owner did not take care of it at all. Next step is sound deadener and speaker wiring.

    I haven't really worked on it much. Between waiting for parts to come in, the cruddy weather, and my work schedule I haven't had time to work on it much. I'm hoping I can get some time today to work on it a little.

    Yea its gonna be a lot of fun and well worth it. I will definitely be posting pics. I removed the 3rd row but the previous owners had a bunch of kids and the rear panels are scratched up. I gonna try to sand it down and paint it first before replacing it. lol

    And so it begins....the interior tear down. Just doing a little bit at a time but coming soon is sound deadening, new carpet, new headliner, running wires for sound system, new seat covers with added heated and vented seats, and panel painting. It's gonna be a slow process bc the person I bought...

    For those of you that are lowered....looking to drop my 04 Tahoe this spring and need some input. I'm between a 3/4 or 3/6 kit. How is the ride quality? Does a 6" rear drop need to be notched? I'm looking to maintain ride quality as best as possible. Anything else I need to think about?

    Yea I've looked into rebuilding the seats from the seat shop. It's just expensive lol. And to answer your question, I do have a power seat on the driver side currently. Adding in heat will take some work but it's no biggie

    Looking to upgrade the interior of my 04 LS. I'm redoing the carpet and headliner and want to swap out my cloth seats for leather with heat. My question is, will other years/body styles seats bolt up direct or with minor mods? What are my options

    Just got another truck

    I don't remember the code. I'm waiting to hear back from the guy I bought it from. But he showed me when I bought it that the line that goes from it to the fuel tank, the nipple/connection is broken from a previous person dropping the tank

    Hey everyone. Just picked this up yesterday. 2004 tahoe with 190k on it. It needs a little love but im looking forward to getting her to my liking. Right now I gotta get rid of this check engine light. Just needs an evap canister lol

    Brake question

    Ok check engine light cleared after I dumped some fuel system cleaner in. Still getting the brake booster display. Could I have a vacuum line bad somewhere?

    Well I added power steering fluid and the light is still on. I'm getting a P0174 which is fuel system but nothing about the brake booster lol.

    I'm gonna go get it put on a code reader also just to make sure it isn't a larger problem. Could it be that the power steering fluid is low?
