    What's wrong with a little over an inch of sag? There could be more options but the only 2 I see are get a weight distribution hitch or stiffer rear springs. Stiffer springs will obviously make it ride harsher when unloaded. Personally I wouldn't worry about it unless you're always towing.

    I would always hate when I had a recall on my truck, 16 ram 2500, that the door sticker says 80 psi for the rear tires. Every time the dealer would air them back up to 80. They're load range e and max 80 psi. I'd immediately lower them back down to 50 when I got home.

    How long did you run the 0w40 for? Which oil did you use? Did it stay a true 40 wt the whole interval? From reading others oil analysis about pennzoil ultra platinum 0w40 it usually shears down to a 30 weight around 1k miles or so.

    For the "wheels" going to be a bigger rim won't effect your speedometer as long as the tires on the new rims are the same size. If you go bigger or smaller with the tires then you're speedo will be off.

    The mobil 0w20 could possibly be a "heavier" 20 weight. A guy would have to lookup the specs of it compared to the ac delco. Just like the ac delco could be on the thinner side of a 20 weight. I'm not saying they are but it's a possibility.
