2016 key fob replacement w/key ignition not push button

Key fob no program
So I have a 19’ Yukon with keyless entry, but starts with a key. As in no push button start, and no emergency key in fob. Is there anyway to program a new fob with this configuration, or am I dealership bound?- shadyG
