    Is this the exact cord needed and where did you get it. Mine seems to be having the same problem and gm can't figure out what part number they need or where to get it

    So I had the same issue brought to gm I had to replace the screen however the new one worked but cut out again they jumped the video cable and it worked they said it was the video cord now I'm trying to find one as gm doesn't even know the part number ugh

    Where did you get these cables...so my infortainment screen went black brought it to gm they said I needed a new screen ok got another it came on and would black out. They jumped the video port and the screen would work they said the cable is the issue and they don't even know where to get it...
