Is there such thing as too low?

Welp this journey has come to an end. The truck has finally been sold

    4/6 drop on 305/35/24s possible?

There isn’t really much to do in the rear besides cutting bump stops until you get to ~5” of drop. After that it’s struggle street

Lowered suspension still has a lean

I’ve had nothing but BSers for months now so it just sits with no tags in my yard. Someone lowballed me by $3k over the weekend and I accepted. He said I’m sending you a deposit Monday morning and will arrange transport… he’s now MIA not answering calls or texts lol

Lowered suspension still has a lean

Somehow after 5 years, my truck decided to sit lower on the pass side by just over 3/4”. Or the driver side is magically higher lol. Idk if it happened gradually or what but I haven’t driven the truck in 4 months and just noticed how bad it was recently after I pulled the car cover off to just...

    Escalade Cluster in NNBS!

What do you guys think would be a good price to sell the whole cluster swap for? Cluster, plug & play harness and bezel. I’m selling my Suburban so I might take the Escalade cluster swap out and just throw the stock one back in

Installing "2021 PPV" style 6-Piston Brembo Front Brakes on a 2007 Yukon Denali

I can’t believe the issues I’m having with this upgrade. First it was the banjo bolts. After getting the right bolt and getting the brakes on, I find out one of my wheels isn’t oem and hits the caliper on one side but not the other. The other wheel has 1/4” of clearance. Oh and I couldn’t get...

Installing "2021 PPV" style 6-Piston Brembo Front Brakes on a 2007 Yukon Denali

I saw the video and don’t know what to tell you. Those bolts 1000% did not fit into my calipers for whatever reason

Installing "2021 PPV" style 6-Piston Brembo Front Brakes on a 2007 Yukon Denali

This is what I don’t understand. That GM part number says 2002-2023 trucks. My truck is an 08 and my banjo bolt didn’t fit. I called the dealer and they told me they don’t list a banjo bolt for the PPV trucks so I was lost on the whole situation

Installing "2021 PPV" style 6-Piston Brembo Front Brakes on a 2007 Yukon Denali

Well since I couldn’t find help anywhere, I just brought the caliper to the hardware store to find what the thread size was. It’s 3/8-24 for anyone needing to know. The older banjo bolts are m10x1.5x23mm

Installing "2021 PPV" style 6-Piston Brembo Front Brakes on a 2007 Yukon Denali

I can’t believe the problems I’m having with these brakes. The GM part number for the banjo bolt says it’s for 02-22 trucks but the 6 piston caliper seems to be a different thread pitch

What did you do to your NNBS GMT900 Tahoe/Yukon Today?

These barely fit under 22’s. It’s the 6 piston caliper and 16” rotor

What did you do to your NNBS GMT900 Tahoe/Yukon Today?

Just picked up my setup from the junkyard and they didn’t give me the banjo bolt. Does anyone know of the 07-14 bolt is the same? Rock auto lists the bolt as “except heavy duty” and I can’t find it on any GM parts site to cross reference

What did you do to your NNBS GMT900 Tahoe/Yukon Today?

I have lithium in my truck. No front battery at all. Lead acid and agm would probably grenade if they were charged over 16v for an extended period of time. I measure in multiple places but I have the Escalade cluster in my suburban and it doesn’t have a volt meter but voltage at the ECU is...

What did you do to your NNBS GMT900 Tahoe/Yukon Today?

Also, my truck has been charging between 16.0-16.4v with no issues on the stock electrical system for 2 years with nothing freaking out of burning anything up so don’t be afraid to charge a little on the higher side

What did you do to your NNBS GMT900 Tahoe/Yukon Today?

For you guys trying to figure out voltage issues with these trucks, you can just unplug the current sensor and your voltage will always stay between 14-15v depending on the weather. Mine has been unplugged for 5 years with no issues Or if you want a different solution that allows you to dial in...

Installing "2021 PPV" style 6-Piston Brembo Front Brakes on a 2007 Yukon Denali

I just scored this brake setup from the junkyard and was searching everywhere to see if they’d clear my stock Escalade wheels. This picture made my day lol

What did you do to your NNBS GMT900 Tahoe/Yukon Today?

Welp boys I finally hit the jackpot after 3 years of searching. 6 piston PPV brakes at the junkyard. $278 total after tax for loaded calipers and rotors. They’ll have them pulled at some point next week

    Official System show-off thread

Did a little baby setup in the daily. Two sundown u6.5’s on a PRV 2k. Two PRV 6.5” coaxials in the front doors also on a 2k. Added a headunit in the center console and kept all the factory stuff everywhere else because I’d didn’t want to lose the factory 6 disc dvd changer

I’m 99% sure it was 3” drop arms with 2” spindles up front and 6” spring in the rear with a coil cut
