Anyways, this is my first build thread so bear with me. Feel free to ask questions as I go along. My plans are to add forced induction to my Yukon Denali xl. I scored a ZL1/CTS-V supercharger not to long ago. Was all excited to purchase it and once i did, i found out that the rotors were scrap, along with the housing...750 dollars gone! Tried calling the guy back, turns out he de-activated his phone....

So the search was on to find another one. I browsed several forums [ ctsv owners, performance trucks, and ls1 tech ] and to no avail, couldnt find one to purchase. I was actually close to giving up and just going the turbo route which would have been quicker, but turbos just cant compare to the instant torque, which is just what this 5600 lb truck needs.

I set a budget of about $2000, which seems challenging, but hey, I'm up for it. Scored this little sucker this afternoon by the grace of the denals deities! lol

As it sits, no wear on the rotors and just a small amount of oil residue which will be cleaned with speedball( high industrial grade cleaner)

I still need to replace the coupler, which is why these things were warrantied to begin with, and its roughly around 45 dollars... so i ordered it from ebay

This also rolled in brand new... lid complete with sensors and air to water intercooler... :win:

lssimple accessory kit, injectors, hptuners/efi live, and fuel rails.
Im more than halfway there and im more motivated than ever to be hopping on this FI band wagon :smoke2:

I think i might do a build/install/update via youtube as well....maybe...im camera shy

Looks great! Please do a detailed log in here of the install for gun shy people like myself. Would love to do this, but with the Yukon being the wife's Daily, I'd have to ask for permission...
