LTZ 20" rims / fender flares on obs

i saw this picture in one of the threads and im about to purchase the exact colorscheme truck. my quesion is do these bolt right up? and what tire size works with 20" rims on our trucks without rubbing




as far as flares, i would like to leave the side moldings on , but add flares. will they interfere with the molding ? or do i need an particular style flare?

Yes, they bolt right up. I have 20s on mine with the factory z71 flares. Tire size is stock 275/55/20. Im wondering if i can fit a 275/60/20..

245/75/16's are about 30.5"
265/75/16's are about 31.6"
285/75/16's are about 32.8"

275/55/20's are about 31.9"
275/60/20's are about 33"
275/65/20's are about 34.1"


Had 245's on my '96, went up to the 285's, had to crank and cut fenderwells and bumper
Got a set of 20's with the stock 255's, have way too much space around the tire - going with the 275/65/20's next, or going back to the 16" wheels with some 315's...


Ideally, would love some 305/60/20's, which are 34.4" tall.... but anything in that size is $$$$$$$
