Roof rack removal

To get my Yukon into my tiny garage, I had to remove the roof rack. I think it acturally looks better without it and perhaps it will be a little quieter too.
My problem now is to trim up the holes in the roof.
Any ideas?

I used socket head set screws from homedepot along with silicone and lock tight few days later I used the touch up paint from the dealer looks really good imo.

A little dirty, but here's what the holes look like sealed with the set screws as noted above in this thread.

Took M6 x 20 set screws at 10 quantity.

I pulled mine off last night. Much better without.

Just drove the stock screws into the holes. Which are somewhat noticable, but still better looking than with the rack.
