Thanks for the warning! FWIW, I used Dynamat Xtreme on the BMW I mentioned earlier in the thread, and on the exhaust/gas tank heat...

My exhaust is pretty loud and I have a sub and amp. I installed Killmat in my truck and it made as big difference. I have not tried...
