    Question. What was the process for adding the resistor? What size was it? What did you need to do to clear the air bag code after installing the resistor?

    What I want to do is a put a resistor in, in place of the air bag module, since my truck came with air bag seats and the new to me ones I installed are older and don't have them. So the air bag system won't have an alarm

    Update. Put the seats in. Grabbed the body side of the plugs. Found a diagram, jumped the hots and ground. Seats power adjust. For now that's all I am interested in. Only last thing is finding the correct resistor for the seat air bag. I ohmed out the driver and it is 3.6ohms. anyone have input...

    If I were to just get the door switches, do they plug into what I currently have inside the door if truck has no heat, but power fronts? Any idea if the plug under the seat will match up, . Will it be there same plug, but missing wires?
