    Wheel Advice

I was thinking the TBSS would probably clear, but wasn't sure if the face may be too flat. I do agree bronze would look good. It's too bad they don't offer a bronze in either of these wheels. I don't know if I want to pay more to get them powder coated.

    Wheel Advice

Hello all, I am torn on what wheels to get. Right now I'm torn between TBSS reps(22x9 +22) or Snowflake reps(22x9 +24). I'm going to be doing a 3/5 drop. This is the rig in question: 2004 Yukon in Sandalwood Metallic. I was thinking of doing the gray if I do the TBSS, or black on the...

    Digital Climate Control Issue

Thank you Bill. I didn't even think to read the manual, I just assumed something was wrong. All seems to be operating as it should, other than the worn off parts and lights that don't work.

    Digital Climate Control Issue

Hello all. There are plenty of threads on this forum about HVAC issues, but I didn't really see any like what I have going on. I have a 2004 Yukon. It has the digital dual climate control. I noticed some weird issues today. To start with, is the O button on the far left supposed to be power...

4 Piston Big Brake Upgrade from 2019-20

Anyone buy their calipers off of Rockauto, send your factory ones back as the core, and get refunded the core charge? They say the core has to fit the same vehicle that the new part comes from, which technically it would, but it's not right for a 2019+.

    Dim DIC

Thank you for your help! This image is very helpful to know what to look for.

    Dim DIC

Thank you for the info! I do somewhat know how to solder, but don't know if I trust myself in the cluster. I do want to get all the bulbs upgraded to LEDs and add the trans temp gauge though, so I may just hold off until I get all that done.

    Dim DIC

I did try searching, and didn't really find help on this. This is on a 2004 GMC Yukon SLT that I just recently purchased. The DIC is quite dim during the day. Rolling the gauge brightness dial does nothing to change it, but does change the brightness on the gauges. The headlights aren't on...

Advice on purchasing a used 2003 with 100k miles

The rear brakes were done in 2022. The fronts at the time had 11/32 of pad according to the work order. I didn't think to look at the rotors when I looked at it. It looked fairly clean underneath. Didn't see any major rust or leaks. From the records they sent me, it got a new battery and...

Advice on purchasing a used 2003 with 100k miles

What state is this in? I'm in Colorado and am looking at a 04 Yukon with 273,000 for $3900. Side note: Would any of you guys buy one with 273K on it? Lots of service records, things were replaced as needed. No visible leaks from looking under it. Pretty clean. That mileage kind of scares...

Help in DFW with Free Travel mod

Anyone here in the DFW area that has done the free travel mod want to help a fella out sometime soon? I'm tired of my truck bottoming out every time I hit a bump. I can buy beer or even pay you(if its not too much), and I'm glad to help out. If I had any cutting tools, and patience...

Awesome! Thanks for the help NORCAL. I'm going to look at a couple today, maybe get my new Tahoe/Yukon! Then you'll be hearing from me to order my drop!

    Drop questions

So I shouldn't have any rubbing with the 3/5 drop and 24's? Sounds good to me! I hope to find me a good Hoe soon! Oh yeah, this will be a 4x4 also. Any issues with 4x4's and 3/5 drops?

    Drop questions

Hey all! I am wanting to do the 3/5 custom drop that NORCAL SS sells, with either 22's or 24's. I wondering though if I will have issues with rubbing. Like, is there a certain height that if I go that low, I will definitely rub? If so, would doing a 2/3 drop instead alleviate the issue? If...
