Just bought back my stock '96 2 door tahoe. It'll be a slow process of upgrades, but I have a few plans for it.
2/14/16 - Fixed from wreck. New passenger rear quarter, window, shocks, and axle. Added nerf bars shortly after.
12/6/18 - Body work to fix rusted out rockers, doors, and tailgate. Upgrade stock speakers.
8/7/19 - New wheels and tires which required a "Norcal" trim to the fender and bumper. Fixed/added a few other little items
Still on the list - Stereo head unit and sub. New bug shield
