Think I found it.... the tune file is corrupt! Editor likes it but PCM does not... when loaded to PCM it WON'T read VE table correctly...

seems pretty normal to me. maybe the o2's are high miles and wearing out but not yet setting a code. as the o2's do have a say in fueling.
