I wouldn't discount bad grounds. I had a bad ground when I did my engine swap and I had all kinds of stuff going on. Stupid things...

Those codes didnt get in there without something really bad happening. Im sure whatever event that caused them is still there.

As others noted this is a classic example for a shorted connection somewhere check for a tsb on it this may help you find the root problem

With all those communication codes I wouldnt even waste my time at the engine yet. I would be tracing out all the shorted to ground...
