first thing to do is grab a cheap fuel pressure tester (harbor freight) and see what the fuel pressure is showing when it dies or starts...

Easy enough; just a side latch to pull away from the sender a bit, then the connector pulls up out of the sender.

I think the most obvious answer is your booster is bad, but check for leaks around your entire system - could be losing pressure...
