Ton, you have to get that brake line right otherwise its not going to build pressure. Thats your issue. Think like a blown out rusted...

Replace that section of brake tubing w a new piece and high pressure compression fittings. Not a bad job to do -

I had help. I was able to bleed 3 out of 4. Ds rear, bleeder wouldn't crack open and I didn't want it to break--you know how it goes...

Well, I bench bled the master cylinder the other day, got all the air bubbles out. Installed it today--wasn't able to bleed the brakes...

The cluster is NOT whats causing the no crank/start issue. You can literally remove the whole cluster on a working vehicle and start it...
