2023 Yukon Denali ultimate here with the same problem. I was going to take it to the dealership but YouTube and Hulu came back after a couple of days.
I’ve never seen it. We just got it used about 2 weeks ago but onstar confirms we should have it. Dealer said we don’t. They are old idiots. Found another dealer who said they’d warranty it out but it’s sitting in tier 3 with onstar right now
