Thanks. That's what I was afraid of. I've got the same sidewall treatment on my Z06 tires, and it wants to fling tire shine if the shine isn't 100% dry.
Bridgestone tires. good or bad? My experience.

Anyone know if the Defenders have the same contact patch width as the stock Alenza's? Or wider/narrower?
You need better tire shine then. Any good tire shine will not sling a few minutes after application. Try Adam’s Graphene and apply with an applicator.

Been using Maguire’s gel… Might try something different. Or might just make sure it’s dried well first.
I have a 2022 Tahoe RST that I purchased new. It came stock with Bridgestone Alenza I’ve already had an issue last year where the front drivers side tire just started to leak air. It was replaced. However, I’m not at all impressed with these tires

I have a 2022 Tahoe RST, my vehicle came stock with Bridgestone Alenza AS tires. I’ve already had an issue where the front drivers side tire just started to leak air for no apparent reason. It was subsequently replaced. I’m not at all impressed with these tires. Does anyone else have an issue with them constantly looking dirty/scuffed up even when they are clean and unscathed? Would not recommend.

In the boating world Bayliner has a similar reputation. Deserved or not they are known for producing cheap entry level boats that are very popular but end up falling apart and getting major criticism for quality and reliability.
Fishing was slow so we started talking story about fishing and boats and Bayliner always comes up as a target. The jokes start getting louder. One of my fishing buddies who is also a preacher, says he would rather see his sister in a Hoe house than his brother in a Bayliner! My other buddy says the only thing that is harder to get of than AIDs is a used Bayliner!
From everything I hear about tires im pretty sure you can say the same thing about Allenza OEM tires lol!
