hi,

2023 suburban RST. someone hit my bumper cover and other than some paint damage it seems to have dislodged it slightly on the passenger side where it meets the fender. trying to figure out what i need to replace. haven't had much luck with diagrams. any advice?

TIA!

I believe it is supposed to just snap lock into place. You may have to undo some screws or fasteners on the inner fender liner to lift it and massage it back into place.

So you wanna try to pull up on it and push in. I think it is hanging down enough that the tabs aren't lining up. It should not take much effort. You should feel it slip into place.

Does this video show it? Not sure if it's the same as yours.

Remove the front part of the wheel liner and look at the black plastic piece to check for broken tabs. Its part #2 in the diagram. It screws on to the metal fender with 3 screws. The bumper cover clips on to it. You can loosen the mount screws and reinsert the cover then tighten the screwws to clamp it in place.
