Alright, so I had one key for my 2007 Tahoe LT. I added a second key to the Tahoe. worked fine, both keys start the vehicle, but now there is a service tire monitor system warning on the dash. I tried to relearn, but it would not even enter the learning mode. Got tired of it and tried to lock the truck with my remote and noticed it did not work. So went into the remote programming screen and pressed the check mark and it will not activate the learning mode for that, either. even tried holding down the check mark and...nothing. About to disconnect the battery but wanted to know if I am just missing something before I do that. Perhaps I need more whiskey.

Thank you for your time.

Year, make, model?

I believe the '09+ won't allow you to relearn the TPMS without a tool, where as the '07-'08 trucks allow you to do it by raising/lowering tire pressure in a particular order.

I know some of the '07s had a software issue with the RCDLR module and there was an update. Not saying that is your issue but it is a possibility.

The Remote Control Door Lock Receiver (RCDLR) module is what receives the signal from your fobs as well as your pressure sensors in the tires and is mounted in the driver's rear quarter panel.

Do you have access to a Tech 2 or some other decent scanner that can check for body control module codes and such?
