Uneven tires

One of my tires sits towards the rear of the fender, while the other one sits in a regular position. I have no idea what could be causing it.

Maybe give the members here an idea of what you're driving. Make, model, year, drivetrain.

And are the wheels and tires exactly the same size?

I borrowed your pics and rotated them. Are you talking about the small gap between the front of the tire and the bumper cover?

it’s the other fender that hits on the lower part of the fender. Towards the door
