Chrome Door Molding Removal?

Did some searching around on here but I couldn’t find a conclusive answer. Are these trim pieces on the lower part of the doors held on with adhesive only, or are there clips that hold them on as well? I really want to remove these. Our ‘24 Yukon is summit white, but I don’t think the black vinyl wrap would look good. Painting them white might be an option but I really don’t like the look of them regardless. I may end up painting the large chrome rear hatch trim piece since that one has clips and can’t be deleted, so I will do the same to the door trim if needed. I really hate that there’s so much chrome on these things and no blackout option from the factory!!
