No air in front vents

I’m having a problem with the Air flow in my 2004 Yukon Denali from the front vents. When I turn on the fans I don’t feel any air.
Here are some pics.

I’m having a problem with the Air flow in my 2004 Yukon Denali from the front vents. When I turn on the fans I don’t feel any air.
Here are some pics.
Do you hear the fan running? Does it sound normal? Does the air come out under the windshield or floor instead?

For the front AC, there are two actuators that control the flow of air, the Mode Actuator in the driver's footwell and the Recirc or fresh air actuator behind the dash on the passenger side.

where did you find one???...part number for the proper one if you could share...I bought an Amazon/Chinesium made one but would rather have a proper replacement fix...

thanks...that one doesn't match the OEM I removed (thought I included the photo of that to my post above)...mine only has the 3 wires for connection...

the cheap one I did find on Amazon allows the blower to work but the steps using the fan speed switch are not really steps...mostly no air to a little to full blast...but it does allow the air con, heater and defroster to work...
