2015 Yukon heater hose leak

I have a very slow leak at a heater hose - HVAC hose connector junction near the firewall.
2 questions:
1. What are the part numbers for the HVAC hose connectors (inlet & outlet)? I'm going crazy trying to find them and coming up empty.
2. Is there a metal substitute to avoid dealing w these plastic connectors?

Go to GMPartsDirect.com, enter your VIN, and scroll down to the cooling section, and you will find exploded view parts diagrams, where you will find the appropriate parts and their numbers.

I have the same issue as Dr Uncle Ivy. I have a 2015 Yukon with the 5.3 Liter. My WHITE connector is leaking. The black one is fine. I'm not sure if the white one is inlet or outlet. I can't find the connector for sale any place. I tried GM Parts Direct as Joseph suggested but they only sell the hoses, not the connectors. Similar to Rock Auto and generic parts dealers.

Hello, I have the same problem, except mine might be the hose itself.

Either way I want to have the plastic T on hand when I replace that hose as I bet it is highly likely for it to break.

I am running into a similar issue as the folks above in that I can find plenty of these T's for 2014 and below, but nothing for 2017.

Can anyone confirm if these are the same for 2015+ as they are for 2014 and under? They look the same.

I would be also interested to know if I can use something like the Gates Connector to cut the end of my current hose off and put this new connector on with a hose clamp.
Gates Connector

Again the Gates Connector claims to not be a fit, even though it looks like it should.

Did GM change these connectors in 2015? They look to be pretty universal as far as I can tell.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Otherwise I am heading to the stealership in the morning.

You can use the gmt900 T's the position will be swapped so the black one will go where the white one is and the white one will go where the black one is. Reason being the lines on the k2's are angled the opposite of the gmt900's but the size is the same so the seeping black one in your photo gets a white one instead

So I went to two different dealers today to get the parts (I know I am over paying, but I want to do it today and not risk my wife melting the engine), and they were dumbfounded that these T's existed on a 2017. They even printed off a parts diagram for me that doesn't show them. They were happy to sell me the T's for the 2014 though, of course telling me that there was no guarantee of fit lol.

One question I wanted to clarify for @Doubeleive was after I install the black T where the white one is and the White T where the black one is, do I then plug the black hose end onto the white T and the white hose end onto the black T? It looks like they would fit, but I am not sure. My only other option would be to "cross" the hoses right? Not sure what that would hurt though?

EDIT:
To clarify what I mean by "cross" the hoses: The in / out from the engine would actually end up swapped at the firewall (if T's and hose ends have to swap together).

So after some thought, I decided to try to swap the hose without touching the T's due to my uncertainty with how / where to put the hoses once the T's are reversed (will white hose fit on black T and black hose on white T?). I avoided any damage to the T, and the T felt solid itself. All seems fine now, and the leak is gone. I will make myself a service note to look into this again once I hit 100K. Thanks again to everyone for the information.

to clarify the hoses go in the same place they were before, the only thing different is the T
to further clarify you "could" swap the hose locations but that's not a wise idea as one is a inlet and one is a outlet and it just so happens they are the same size, but if you swap the hoses you could very well end up with no heat because the coolant would not be circulating like it should be.
and to double clarify the T's are also the same size, but one is angled different for the rear heater line.
