2020 Yukon, I want to operate the garage door opener only when the car is on not as an accessory when the car isn't running. Its a security issue.

Any thoughts as how to move the power wire?

Maybe not the answer you’re looking for but I bought a small opener, about 2”x2” on Amazon with 4 buttons you can put on a key chain or something else. It was under $11 for 2 of them. You can then deprogram the one in the car.

I'd like a combo fob- with garage door control, and lock, alarm, etc.

I have the newest version LiftMaster..... In my '05 Yukon, the door will close with everything off, but not open.

My 2020 requires me to be parked at the door before it responds to the opener. I use Ismartgate on my phone now and I can open and close the door easily and just roll in or out as needed.

I would also like the pop up screen cubbie hole to be operational 'ignition on only'. Has anyone figured a way for that adaptation?
