I was wanting to put some more aggressive tires on my 2025 AT4 Ultimate. Can anyone guide me here on how large they can be without a lift? I’m looking for something like Nito Grapplers to be put on them. Thanks!!

I feel like there's a million posts on/about this here (and it's just a shame that all the info isn't in one, pinned thread)...

First question everyone will ask is whether you have air suspension, followed by how wide of a tire you want, followed by whether you're willing to deal with ANY rubbing, or whether you're at least willing to do the pulled-back-liner mod.

Oh my apologies. I couldn’t find anything related to a 2025 (if that even matters). I was just wanting some larger tires like 285/55/R22 Ridge Grapplers. Just wondering if those would work without having to do any extra modifications.

No apology necessary (or maybe I owe you one, as I wasn't trying to be dismissive). Maybe the real [first] question is whether the suspension has changed on the '25s such that there's more clearance around the tires, but I haven't heard anything like that. Until someone can definitively say that the suspension has changed, then I believe you can go off the '21-'24 info available here.

Donnation -- Def sniff around the Street Suspension and the Lifted Suspension forums. Lots of people have asked what size tires (including the ones you're looking to put on your truck) they can get away with in those two forums. And if a lift or any mods are required, you'll get that info there, too.

If you go to https://www.customwheeloffset.com and put in your vehicle or search their site for fitment….but better yet you can see their ‘customer builds’ where people have installed oversized wheels/tires and submitted pictures along with details of any suspension mods / thrumming needed if any. Really good info!

Was able to fit 275/65 on my 2025 with no lift. No rubbing at all. The tires come out to be like 34.1" x 11".
These are the Toyo R/T Trails.
