I have a full console 03-06 Silverado console and today I caught it and the latch snapped.

Anyone make replacements or repair a latch or only option to buy a new complete lid? 1000000234.jpg

Search for GM 15168299 on eBay (part number based on my VIN on www.gmpartsdirect.com under Body / Interior / Console. Try that using your VIN but I think they're the same). They run about $36 on eBay and only two available, so you might be better off getting a lid from your local UPull.

You could also use this an opportunity to change up your lid. I'm not sure where you are located, but here in Texas there is always someone parting out an Avalanche, Escalade, Escalade ESV, Escalade EXT, Sierra, Silverado, Suburban, Tahoe, Yukon, or Yukon XL from these. Just visit them and make an offer. I got a windshield washer reservoir for $10, and it included all the hoses and the sprayer motors! I fixed two cars with those parts, and still have a spare motor.

Funny was going to use a Denali lid before but don't think they are interchangeable! I just want it to close haha

I believe they are, but haven't tested for myself. My daughter has a Denali, but would much prefer a non-Denali, so she can hold a few things in the lid.
