2021/2023 Instrument Cluster Swap

I have a 2021 Tahoe LT with Analog Instrument Cluster. I am want to swap to a 2023 Digutal cluster. Has anyone done this? If so, is it a standard plu and play or what would be needed. Ive attached the back of the clusters and everything appears to match up.

there is a thread here about this. There is a place that can do it. I did mine. it was $800 and about $150 at the dealership to help program.

I have a 2021 with the "old style" cluster and drive a 2024 Silverado at work with the newer cluster. I like to older style better, especially for almost a $1,000.
