Rusty Calipers - issue or just cosmetics
Wind noise and leak check could have been from a windshield replacement that wasn’t installed correctly or the rear hatch gasket not properly installed. Test drive it and see if you hear anything unusual. It should have been fixed by now after that many checks at service.- Ebaile5

Rusty Calipers - issue or just cosmetics
Looks like it hasn’t been driven much after the rotors got wet. If the calipers have been replaced the aftermarket ones will rust pretty quick like that even if they say they have a coating. Happened to me on my rear calipers I just replaced and I knew better so now I have to sand them down and...- Ebaile5

Sounds Like Lifter Tick but Rockers All Moving
The front fuel pump is under the intake manifold and it will make a ticking noise too. I would put a socket on all the exhaust manifold bolts and tighten them. Just because you don’t see any soot doesn’t mean they aren’t loose. I just did this on mine and half of them were loose on each side...- Ebaile5
