Well the deal with the ignition switch is that it must be properly indexed before sliding it back up into and locking it into its housing on the steering column. If the white gear of the switch is not indexed properly before installation then it wouldn't matter if you were turning the lock...
I wonder if your ignition lock cylinder and ignition switch are a tooth off. Thus, not turning forward enough to engage the starting system and when you turn it to the off position it's not completely off and partially supplying power to the accessory position for example.
I'd double/triple...
I'd start with the PCV system. Check to make sure it has proper flow. Restricted or kinked pcv hose or engine vent hose, damaged, incorrect or incorrectly installed pcv hose. All the above will cause excessive crankcase pressure, resulting in an external oil leak.
You'd be surprised that IF a...
Before you do this, there is something else you need to do. Check you brake pressure differential switch and also make sure both the fluid level and pressure switch have a good ground.
To reverify, it is ONLY your RED brake light that is illuminated correct? No abs light?
If your power steering fluid level was low then you'd hear the pump itself screaming before any hissing. Background noise seems pretty quiet. Is the truck running? You may just be bleeding out the accumulator.

lol I definitely spelled their name wrong but they shorten up to an inch and extend up to two...
You need to install a panhard/tracking bar that is adjustable which you'll be able to compensate to match the lift. Went through the same issue when I first installed my 6in RCX. I bought a Sphoon adjustable tracking bar which centered my rear axle with minor adjustments. I think I payed $80-$90...
Powers steering fluid from the hydraboost system that is in place of the vacuum brake booster. Honestly that "leak" I would not even think twice about it. It's only residue and very minimal residue at that. If you were to clean that off, it would more than likely take a good amount of time to be...
*EDIT: the rollers in that bearings cage are even worse. Pictures don't do any justice to the severity of the break down. How this didn't growl or roar is beyond me.
That feeling is definitely real and it's hard to shake. I almost traded my hoe in when I got it back from the impound. Y'all would probably shoot me if I confessed to what the trade was gonna be for too. So I'll spare the details. lol
So front diff is disassembled and inspected, thoroughly. Spider gears are fortunately unharmed, not even a chip or fracture to a single tooth. The races to my diff carrier bearings on the other hand are ate the F up. On the bright side though this was caught before any real damage was done. I...
So here's the drain plug to my front diff... haven't cracked it open yet but it's out and ready. I'll probably be looking for some new spider gears tomorrow. Damn it dale.
Mine was stolen in Lewisville Texas in 2013. Apparently I'm lucky because it was actually recovered. Rims tires audio dash laptops etc was stolen. They even took the battery when the truck was ditched in south Dallas. Im a firm believer in karma so I know these jack wagons will get what they...
Nice! A couple plastic trim pieces short but hell if you want to keep that look and can't find them... let me know I still have mine from when I took them off.
