Lowered my wife’s Tahoe finally
My next project ‘57 chevy 3100. It has a 283 v8 that runs with a 700r4. Will be lowering it with a mustang ll front suspension and leafs out back. It will get a 6.0 ls and a 4l80e for a power plant.- Paint by Scrappy

Here are the other two projects the white OBS is my daily. I did a 5/7 drop on it with some 20” American racing wheels wrapped in Nitto 555’s the ‘90 GMC dually is my wife’s. I did a 5/8 drop on it with some black 22” Alcoas and a 4l80 trans swap so she has over drive and swapped out the 4:11...- Paint by Scrappy

Took me four years to finally lower my wife’s Tahoe but I’ve been busy workin on other vehicle projects during that time and the Tahoe was down for a year with a DOD failure. Belltech VS McGaughys drop kits
Nice. Haha yea done that before on trucks that me and my buddy bagged. Cutoff wheel and an air hammer makes it quick. We also use to weld and panel bond 1/4 rod in the fender lip then cut the lip off. You could ride low and turn into the fender all day long and not worry bout kinking it. Thanks...- Paint by Scrappy

Whats up everyone. I got some new 22’s (KMC 704) for the wife’s ‘07 Tahoe. Now she wants to drop it. I’ve been lookin at a 3-4 to 4-5 drop kit for it. I have 285/45/22 on it. Nice. Looks super clean. My ol lady wants to bag n body drop the Tahoe. I told her not on a daily. I did that for several yrs. plus doin that on an suv is a lot of work. Done a few OBS Tahoe’s in the past.- Paint by Scrappy

They look like they don’t stick out as far and no alignment holes for any emblems. A lot cleaner lookin imo. I’m sure they didn’t change up the mounting holes that hold this piece on but who knows with GM. They have done stupid stuff n past.
