Found the problem with mine. The button for the bottom was pushed into the switch too far. Removed door panel to access switch and just popped the button up (it came right out) and reinsert button. Test while the panel is still off. Works great now. Again mine was working with remote start but...
Does the "back" button still work? My drivers side "seat bottom" quit working and I removed the door panel and on the switch itself the button was pushed in too far. Removed and reset button and it is now working.
Mine is the same way also a 07 ltz They will work after a remote start and when the key is turned to on they are suppose to shut off. My back will turn back on and lights up but I can not turn the bottom on. No lights.. Still looking for the problem.
I had the advanced 2 way remote installed in 09 on my 07 and it is great. Range is well over 100 feet. Works great for starting in the winter as it gives visual feedback that it is started and how long it has been running. Only downsides are it is larger (thicker) than FOB and the battery needs...
Thanks domin8. It is out of warranty 3 yr or 36000 I was able to find some partial wiring schematics and everything that showed that run thru the BCM is what is not working. I could not find a complete list of what the BCM controls. Still looking.
2007 Tahoe LTZ No start condition
