power window plug and window regulator finding the right replacement
I need to replace the driver window regulator and power window motor. My electrical plug for the window motor is different than what all of the online replacement parts show. Does anyone know a good part number? It's not 1AWGR02493 / Dorman 741-442. These have a small two prong connector. I've... -

DIY coding of driver door switch module?
Thanks for the links. I don't like the buy-in price of the hardware, but I think it is great that they offer 2 day subscriptions. That's a viable option for those of us with limited needs. -

DIY coding of driver door switch module?
What type of scan tool do I need to be able to code the door switch module myself? Sure I can take it to a dealer but I would rather use the excuse to buy a tool. I have coding software for my BMW. I have to believe there is a solution for GM also, but it doesn't seem to be as common.
