I'm curious, where did you find the lid? Did you buy it new or get a take-off? And also, is the wiring harness present on your LTZ to just plug and play that console lid? Cruise control problem
jr: Did you ever find the answer yo your problem with the cruise? I have the same problem and also think it's the breake switch. Did you get to the bottom of it? I don't think your wearing brake pads will have anything to do with the brake pedal not returning fully to it's non braking...- ChevyheadVT

Cruise Control Problem
Brake Switch I have the same problem and I think the problem is the brake pedal switch. I can't seem to find much info on line about this but when you hit the brake obviously that shuts down the cruise control.
