UPDATE: Here's a possible solution to my problem of getting a GM PERFORMANCE INTAKE that wasnt meant for a 2013 Tahoe 5.3. The main problem was the MAF sensor mount location or lack there of. Try burlwood vinyl wrap. I found a denali cup holder for my 2013 tahoe but it was pretty scratched up. I got a roll of dark burlwood vinyl wrap from ebay and wrapped the cup holder. handgun location?
Depending on what you carry (single stack or double stack mags) if thin enough it would fit in betweenew the seat and center counsel. I carry a S&W M&P sub compact single stack and it fits good in between the seat and counsel and in a holster. But check out these magnet pistol holders. -

from the pic it looks all the led's from left to right on the 3rd brake light are lit up. if so, how did you get the Oem light to do that? I got a 07 Escalade 3rd brake light on my 2013 tahoe and it only has like 5-7 inches of led's that light up in the middle. -

I don't know if the bags you got are like these or if you have the firestone bags type. I wanted the firestone type but the lowering guy I talked to said these worked good in past installs.- geelevert
