Eliminate Autoride Message light
^^^^^^^ I'm pretty sure this is correct! I have an 2002 Escalade with same stuff... "Service Ride Control" in message center. Tried pulling RTD fuse and "Service Stability Control" comes on in message center and it drives like sh*t all of a sudden...- tatzoo

Replace Air Ride with Normal Shocks
I have a 2002 Escalade with a 2/4" drop...well 3/4 if you count lowering the front torsion bars... My Caddy currently displays "Service Ride Control", the factory rear shocks (air bags) are blown out. I'm replacing them today with BellTech Nitro 2 lowering shocks... I got the 4" rear lowering springs with shock mount kit... If I knew you had a kit I would have bought it... My Escalade has rear air ride, is this going to be a problem when the springs arrive to install them?- tatzoo

I realized you are right, I was thinking along the lines of the 26's being the right offset to tuck since they were on a bagged truck....however for a static drop they would rub all over the plastics in the wheel wells and Im not into trimming stuff. Just picked up a 2002 Escalade AWD, bought a set of 26" wheels and now wanting to lower it ASAP... I have not been able to find a solid answer on really how low you can go... Some places say it stresses out the AWD drivetrain and others say dumping it on the ground is fine... I'm looking...- tatzoo
