I wonder if my alternator is starting to go bad. I recently noticed that every morning when I start the truck to go to work, the clock on the radio is reset as if there was a power disruption. I have a question and don't mean to jack your thread OP, I recently bought a used AEM CAI, but I didn't get the shield that goes around the filter. Do I really need it? I believe I can get it separately but I figure if I don't really need it, then I wont bother. Any input on that?- Batman21

even stranger, my hoe doesn't have any buttons in that area. it just has a pocket. My traction control is on the opposite side next to the light controls. Any ideas where I can mount the aux jack in this situation? currently have a long aux cord hooked into the jack that is hidden behind the...- Batman21
