Yea that was the only picture of my Vehicle I had saved to the computer, that I easily located.
Plain Jane mobile. I like all the nice finishes - fancy wheels and tires ya'll put on yours. I am too cheap for all that fancy stuff ( to me it's just a truck )
Kinda a test post to see if my Yukon pic shows up like all you guys have your photo attached at the bottom
Guess I am not as smart as I thought ! :laughing1:
I see the pic on my profile ... just not sure how to make it appear in my posts like you all have set up ( You all will get a kick out...
You can also 'top' them off with a hedge cutting tool so they both stay under a certain height as well as have a more manicured look ( with an even top to them all )
If you do top them off it really spurs the bushes to filling out broad ways so the privacy fence aspect is much accelerated.
I...
Are you referring to 'Flex Fuel' ?
I have only used gasoling in the 15yrs I have owned my '07 Yukon.
Although I see its 'FLEX FUEL' badge on the rear tailgate, I have never gone that route.
Now I know why if it is more expensive than gas
Price here in Snohomish county WA ( 1 hour north...
Yea I am a big fan of rocks as ground cover !
I have made dozens of trips to Phoenix and north Scottsdale over the years ( golf and baseball ) and marvel at the zero maintenance design of desert landscaping :worthy:
If you purchase the new ones that are just under 6' tall - those were the best value ones to get if I recall correctly.
The price of poker went up about 35% for the ones just over 6 feet tall.
If you have over 20 holes to dig ... I would sub out the hole digging to a couple hungry / cheap teen...
all good info ( thank you )
My Yukon has led a well rested and well maintained life. I swapped the 8 sparkplugs and 8 spark plug wires at around the 60K mark and the ones I replaced - looked near as good as the 8 new ones I put in ( bought OEM Delco GM parts off Amazon for pretty cheap )
Here...
70K miles. I have a 2nd car that I drive also. The Yukon is for all the local shorty trips around town or the long comfy road trips.
The little shit box Camry is for all the 30-40-50 mile trips. I think it has around 85k miles on it ( an '08 Camry LE )
Yea they provide good privacy and do not need painting every few years like a fence does :rotflmao:
pic shows the steep slope of my house - driveway
taken past day or so. rarely does it snow this low elevation. up in the mountains they have over 10-20 feet right now
They are called arbor-vitae or something like that. They are a shrub I think ( not a tree ) I live in PNW and they easily grow here ( the Evergreen state - hahaha )
I planted ( and yes DUG all the holes 10yrs ago and planted the row along the driveway. They were around 5' tall then and now 10...
My house is on a hillside ( above a golf course )
My driveway is on at least a 30 degree grade and around 100' long.
Thank goodness there is a ton of room up top that is flat.
Besides the 2 car garage, there is room to park around 4-5 cars and RV / boat parking slot. So plenty of room to work...
I have had my 2007 SLT Yukon since new and have done nothing about this afm supposed problem. My does not burn oil or any problem I ever noticed.
Do I need to look into this procedure you mentioned and I quoted ?
are dealerships doing that free via a recall fix ?
Not sure I even need it 15...
What part of the rear doors in a YUKON ( 2007 ) are these plugs located ? Obviously near the bottom to drain water.
My rear pass side door retain water sometimes. Never knew to look for these plugs.
Thanks in advance
I replaced the exact same valve and plastic hose assembly a few years ago also.
Someone told me that I should quit topping off my gas after the fuel dealio trips off the 1st time. As that makes the sensor faulty.
Had to drop the spare tire and a pain in the ass to swap out that valve and tube...
I still cannot wrap my brain around $500+ for a pair of LED fog lamps
Just saw this Costco Chevy Tahoe fleet order style incentive purchasing email
I wander what the true $ discount is ?
What is a Loho headlight ?
I am guessing it is some LED replacement lamp / bulb for the standard factory headlights ?
My '07 SLT still has all the original front factory lamps installed ( headlights - turn signals etc etc )
I am aware that some crazy bumper removal and other hassles may be...
I have owned my '07 GMC Yukon for 14yrs.
No oil burning AFM problems at all.
Still on original brakes ( rig only has 70K miles )
I have experienced the water in right rear pass door / water drain problem when vehicle sits outside - non driven for weeks. Quickly drains when door is opened or...
