I figured as much. I want to make the tune worth it so I'm planning to buy Headers and a CAI. I found someone local that tunes Corvettes to Trucks and he said he can do mine so fingers crossed.
Do you have the part number to that TS cam? The one I found says its for the 5.3. I know that it should work just fine I was just curious if you found one that meant for the 6.2
That what I was having issues with when I looked for cams myself it all said 4.3 or 5.3 or 6.0, and I want one for the 6.2 but haven't found anything yet. I'm going to look into Cam Motion and see what they have to offer.

So like the title says the DOD failed. It lasted 165k so I say I got good mileage out of it.
I'm looking to keep the VVT delete the DOD keep low and torque (towing and heavy pig) and preferably gain HP up high. Everything is STOCK I will purchase HP tuners...
