How to fix Hot Air when A/C is on. Install new air mix/blend door actuator
this vid-old thread but still an issue was real good-he didnt pull dash-just vents and airbag and the top actuator was replaced. PITA but not bad-the prybar idea was real good. I use my prybar from below and pushing onthe metal brace so i didnt smash the front plastic. -

04 Suburban Blend Door Issues
me too. opposite-driver side does what i tell it, pass side says do this but only blows how. pulled bottom blend door actuator off over trans hump on pass side and manually moved door-not sticking, not an issue. still blows hot while drive is cool. what am i missing? another actualtor on top...
